We are happy to offer free shipping for orders over $39. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note, if your order includes a custom or finished paper flower, it will be shipped within 7 business days.

• Shipping to Europe: 6-10 business days
• Worldwide Shipping: 10-15 business days

Please keep in mind that shipping times and delivery dates are estimates provided by our carriers. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carriers or weather-related issues. Shipping times are calculated based on business days.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns. Simply email us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

How to Return Your Item:

• Inspect your order upon arrival. Please check for any missing items, damages during transit, defects, or incorrect sizes/colors.
• Notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. We will not accept discrepancies reported after this period.
• Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them (unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging).
• Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Custom Items: Please note, custom products are non-returnable. Be sure to review all details carefully before placing a custom order.
